Exclusive Car Bows & Covers, as well as Exclusive Rentals, will be closing for the Festive Season during December 2025/January 2026 

Exclusive Car Bows

Closed:               15 December 2025 – 12 January 2026 

Last Date to Send us Artwork for Branded Items:  20 November 2025 

Last Dates to Place Orders(Payment of Deposit needs to reflect by this date. Balance to be paid before Releasing of order

Branded Orders:            24 November 2025 (Artwork needs to be approved by this date)

Non-Branded Orders:      1 December 2025

 Last Date to Collect Completed Orders: 15 December 2025 between 9:00 & 12:00

Last Date to Place Orders for the beginning of the 2026: 15 December 2025 before 12:00 (Payment of Deposit needs to reflect by this date. Balance to be paid before Releasing of order) 

Last Date for sending our Progress Reports:  11 December 2025 

All orders that have not been completed before we close for the Festive Season, will be finalized when we open in January 2026. Please make sure to place your orders in time.                


First Date to Send us Artwork for Branded Items for 2026:  12 January 2026

First Date to Place Orders: 12 January 2026 

First Date to Collect Completed Orders: 13 January 2026 between 9:00 & 12:00

First Date for sending our Progress Reports:  13 January 2026 


Exclusive Rentals

Closed:               18 December 2025 – 8 January 2026 

First Date to Book your Rental Bow for the Festive Season:  1 November 2025 Last Date to Book your Rental Bow:   15 December 2025 (Payment of Deposit & Rental needs to reflect by this date. Refund will be paid back on Return, if in the same condition and in time as arranged.) 

Last Date to Collect Rental Bows:      18 December 2025 

First Date to Return Rental Bows:       12 January 2026
